Carina Rodriguez was born and raised in the small border town of Del Rio, TX, as the eldest of four children. Growing up with small business owner parents, she developed a strong work ethic and a belief in the power of perseverance. Her family valued entrepreneurship, and she began working in her family’s appliance and electronics store at age 12. After graduating from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, she fell in love with the aesthetic industry.

Carina began her career at a startup med spa, quickly advancing from sales to leadership. She later moved to New York City and joined a startup plastic surgery company, Sono Bello, where she has worked for the past 14 years. At Sono Bello, she is passionate about restoring confidence in women and empowering female leaders.

Her entrepreneurial spirit and keen attention to both the big picture and the details make her a natural leader. Carina believes that true empowerment goes beyond providing opportunities—it’s about building confidence, offering guidance, and fostering an environment where everyone, especially women, can thrive. She mentors aspiring leaders, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, and serves as a board member of the Latin Executive Alliance, which promotes Latinx representation in senior corporate roles.

As Sono Bello’s Chief Commercial Officer, Carina is known for her aspirational, team-first approach and results-driven leadership. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mother to her 6-year-old son, Tucker, and enjoys family time, beach outings, travel, and staying active in sunny South Florida, where she now resides.
